Two Beach Towns,
One Shack

Chef Hanna Sanchez trained at AAA Five Diamond Salt Restaurant in Amelia Island, Florida. She later joined Chef Josh Boutwood's opening team for Savage in Manila before moving to Helm, then landed in Siargao in 2019.

Fin & Fin is what happened when she fused the beach-town soul of Amelia Island, Florida with the seafood, surf, and easy hospitality of General Luna.
